Rather than take a traditional venture approach, where investment “silos” are created around individual partners, Foundry approaches each of our investments as a collaborative team. Whether it’s the early evaluation of an investment opportunity or advising a portfolio company or fund manager long after we’ve made our initial investment, we believe our team approach enables us to make faster, better decisions. We also believe this is the best way to support entrepreneurs and managers with the full breadth and depth of our collective experience, expertise, and networks.
In the venture capital world, partners get all the glory. Without the hard work and behind-the-scenes support of a professional staff, however, no venture capital firm can succeed over the long haul. We’re lucky to work with some of the best in the business.
